- Jack Martin (York Knights) – Opposition: Toulouse Olympique – Grade A Late contact on passer – No Action – Penalty Points: 1 – Total Points in previous 12 months: 1
- Jack Martin (York Knights) – Opposition: Toulouse Olympique – Grade C Late contact on passer – 1 match suspension – Penalty Points: 5 – Total Points in previous 12 months: 6
